I couldn't remember a time when I wasn't drawing. Growing up, I can't imagine being anything but an artist.
I took up Fine Arts where I majored in Advertising.
When I graduated from University I worked as a Designer in product developement for several exporting/manufacturing companies in Asia
I worked on the companies products and presentations especially for the gift shows.
After a while, a friend invited me to a workshop by a German Illustrator who specializes in children's books illustrations.
I loved it and wanted to try it. I became a contributor for a small company that publishes childrens magazines.
However family matters came first and I took a break to raise a family.
Three years ago, I decided to freelance. It was one of my better decisions.
I have four published books and one to be published next year. I have also decided to try my hand at licensing and hopefully, my extensive knowledge will help me in this endeavor.
My kids are my inspiration in everything that I do. Now my daughter is nine and is aspiring to be an artist as well, she is my best critic.
